All of the pens  and gifts that we produce here at Wood You Write With are created with great care, love and attention.

All of  the materials we use will retain their beauty with a few simple care tips which we hope you will follow.

 

1. Keep your pen or gift away from extremes of humidity an heat, e.g. The car glove box, the materials we use could split or buckle under such conditions.

2. Similarly keep your items away from direct sunlight as this can dull and fade the colours.

3. Obvious we know... but please do not  immerse your pen or gift in water or other fluids.

4. Avoid cleaning agents or scouring products.

5. The plating of your pen or gift should last for many years, they should only need a clean from a soft damp cloth.

 

In the unlikely event that you do have a problem with your item please get in contact with us and we will do our best to help you resolve your problem and give any advice we can.

 

Similarly accidents do happen, so if your pen or gift gets damaged please let us know and we will do our utmost to try to help you fix it with some restoration or replacement if we can.
